Core Standards (Non-Negotiable)
1) Overnight access only (no tenancy)
Overnight access only. No tenancy, residency, or landlord-tenant relationship is created.
2) Quiet Rest Zone (No phones or electronics)
Phones and personal electronics are prohibited in resting areas. Devices must be powered off and stored in lockers before bed access.
3) Mandatory shower and hygiene
All participants must shower before entering the resting area. Clean clothing required for bed access.
4) Substance-free facility (No smoking/vaping/drugs/alcohol)
No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, vapes/e-cigarettes, marijuana). No drugs or alcohol.
5) Prescription medication control
Prescription medications must be checked in at the front desk with proof of prescription and taken only in front of staff.
6) Security and compliance
On-site security enforces rules and protects everyone’s rest. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
